Commenting on forums and blogs is a very good practice, but what we are going to deal here is different but related to commenting. We are going to deal about how we have to comment and where we have to comment.

Where to comment:
At first we have to select a place to give our comments, here we will look about commenting on blogs. Now select some blogs from your content’s subject. Select blogs with higher page ranks as well as lower page rank than your site/blog. For example 6 higher ranked and 4 lower ranked blogs.

Higher Page rank:
With the blogs with higher page rank than you, you get a possibility of a % of traffic from the site to yours. Make sure your comment should not look like spam, which is giving your links unnecessarily. The higher page ranked sites will have higher number of visits than your site, you also get a backlink which is good to increase your traffic as well as page rank.

New/lower Page rank Blogs:
You may be wondering why we should select the page ranks lower than ours. Whether it is going to help us in any way? Yes it is going to help. Write your comment such that the comment has some meaning and not as a useless. Then leave your link to your page. The page you are commenting may be a new person than you but he/she must be looking for back links as you do. As a gesture they also will comment on your pages and this will become a network of backlinks and help each other. Who knows page with lower rank may increase its rank than yours. So by that time you will be growin along with them.

Using Alerts:
Use google alerts and receive updates of your backlinked sites, if any page is added be first to give your comment. Always the first few comments have higher value than the later comments. This will potentially increase your traffic.
